• Wipe data/factory reset

• In mounts and storage format system

• In advanced clear Dalvik cache

• Install zip from sd card

• After finishing installation do a factory reset again

• Select power off

• Remove sdcard and boot for first time

• When asked to select launcher select launcher and set it as default

• Enjoy the rom.....!!! :D
